Fire-Proof your Content Marketing
You put out the fires, and I’ll keep you publishing quality content.
Strategic, flexible, consistent content support that actually saves you time
Sales wants a new slide deck, Product wants a fact sheet, and you need a sandwich because you worked through lunch again. But none of that has to derail the slow and steady investment required for effective content marketing. Not when you reserve time on my calendar, anyway. Mi calendar es su sacred content capacity.
You really can have your content and actually take a lunch too.
While you’re on a call with Sales, I’ll chat up your product manager and translate features into talking points.
While you polish off lunch, I’ll polish up this month’s blog posts so they’re published on time.
And while you’re fist-bumping your boss over finally publishing that industry-leading whitepaper, I’ll review your content marketing goals and build next month’s calendar.
Your attention stays where it needs to be.
And your content keeps moving.
Real delegation requires handing off judgment, not just execution.
And for that, you need someone who can quickly understand your business, audience, and standards, then make a lot of the strategic and editorial calls that would otherwise land on your plate.
That’s how I roll. I ask when I need context, push back when something doesn't add up, but otherwise keep the work moving.
Fires still get put out without your content marketing efforts becoming kindling.
You don’t have to choose between today's emergencies and tomorrow's compounding wins.
Content marketing you can actually delegate
Fire-proof capacity, each and every month
Reserved, budget-approved, and ready to keep your content moving, no matter what comes up.
Sales can’t touch what we have together.
An editorial calendar you didn’t have to build
A 30-60 minute call decides next month’s production. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own anymore.
Because what are partners for?
Your goals before my package structure
Allocate capacity to keep pushing your goals forward, whatever that looks like this month.
Your package does yoga, not your priorities.
Opps! protection for when the ish hits the fan
If reality collides with the plan, you can roll a bit of capacity forward or borrow from next month. Because ish happens.
You're not an oracle, and neither am I.
Give your editing hat a rest.
Get excellent output without constant input or exhausting rewrites.
I earmark time for two rounds of revisions — and make it my mission to not need them.
Actual time back to your day, not just deliverables
Are we really giving you back your lunch time, or just adding to your plate? Seriously, I want to know.
And let’s measure that alongside other results. It matters too.
Consider the possibilities
With me, you’re never trapped in a retainer you don’t want. Instead, you choose what to create and how much capacity to reserve (in units, because content projects come in all different sizes).

Don’t see the project that’s on your back burner?
How it works
1. Tell me about you
Your goals, your struggles, your thoughts on mayo vs. mustard (Hint: that’s a false dichotomy. Can I introduce you to dijonnaise?)
2. Choose your package size
We lock in capacity for an initial three months so we have real runway to start seeing your time savings. After that, TBD.
3. I’ll go away and study up
Give me your brand, audience, product, and other documentation, and I'll learn it all. If something’s still tbd, we’ll earmark it for creation later. I gotchu.
4. We plan your first month
Here's where we choose your most-needed projects. We’ll allocate capacity where it’ll give you and your team the collective sigh of relief you’ve needed this whole time.
5. I go away again and work
I’m not saying I won’t have questions. But you won’t have to wrangle me with one hand and prep a fire extinguisher with the other.
6. We finalize for publication
Listen, I’m not perfect, but I get closer to it the longer we work together. Let’s polish a lot now, so my copy shines brighter later.
What’s it like to work with me?
"Kat has this rare ability to understand not just what we're saying, but who we're saying it to — the kind of strategic thinking that's hard to find. If you're looking for someone who can handle the creative and the strategic, hit deadlines like clockwork, and actually make your marketing better — not just different — you want Kat on your team."
~ Lisa Guiliano, Managing Editor, SmartRent
"I’ve worked with Kat twice now at different organizations, and she impressed me so much both times that I would be eager to work with her again. I’ve seen her tackle multiple complex industries, quickly becoming a subject-matter expert and breaking down difficult topics in ways anyone could understand. She’s both fast and thorough — the best balance you could ask for in a writer."
~ Vilja Johnson, Content and Media Activation Lead, Semrush
"Kat is one of my favorite people to work with; the type of person who takes her craft seriously and comes to the table with a confident and informed perspective but is equally open to new insights and ideas.
She dives in head first without hesitation and emerges with beautifully organized spreadsheets and documentation to share her research. She then takes that complex information and crafts it into easy-to-digest, scannable copy written in a refreshingly candid and warm tone.
